VALERIE BLACKCROW
BOARD CHAIRPERSON

Valerie Blackcrow is the daughter of Michael and Mari TalksDifferent. She is a Harlem Jr/Sr High school alumni. She has as a bachelor’s in business from MSU Northern. She is Married to William Blackcrow and has 4 children who will have graduated from Harlem Jr/Sr High school.

MIKE KING
VICE CHAIRPERSON

Mike works for Indian Health Services at Fort Belknap and is currently serving his second term on the School Board. He is also a combat veteran of the US Army, Purple Heart recipient, and a local rancher.

KATHLEEN ADAMS

Kathleen works for the Fort Belknap Tribal Health Department as a Public Health Nurse Program Manager and is an alumni of Harlem schools. Has served on School Board for 12 plus years.

LESLIE HORN

Leslie is an alumni of Harlem High School, currently works Fort Belknap at Child Support Program as the Lay Advocate/Court Clerk, veteran and mother of three children who attend Harlem Schools.

JACKIE BLACKBIRD

Jackie Blackbird, an alumnus of Harlem High School, is a graduate of the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management with a BSB in Business. She has spent 20+ years working in Corporate America at Nike, Inc. and serving on various non-profit boards. Currently, Jackie is the Indigenous Communities Officer for Newman's Own Foundation. She resides in Harlem with her husband, stepdaughter, and two basset hounds.
